ChartaPascal checks for case mismatches

ChartaPascal now checks whether symbol references use the same case from the symbol declarations. Whenever a case mismatch is encountered a warning is generated that the identifiers do not match exactly. Please let me know if ChartaPascal does not detect all mismatches.
