Charta MySQL functions deprecated

The Charta MySQL functions are deprecated and will be removed soon.

The MySQL functions that are available in Charta are currently deprecated and are replaced by generic SQL functions that use bindings. The deprecated functions will be removed very soon. Please remove any calls to these functions in the Charta projects that still use them. It is expected that very few if not none of the projects use these old functions. If no one objects these functions will be removed without further notice. Please react if this removal needs to be postponed.

The MySQL functions have been removed now

Currently the MySQL functions have been removed from Charta. This means that new code cannot use these functions anymore and should use the SQL binding functions instead. Older code that still uses the MySQL functions will fault, however, I do not expect any code to be using the functions anyway. Please note that no export/import cycle is needed at this point.

If I recall correctly, these functions are only used in BIVAS and the smoother application for the travel time predictor. I suspect BIVAS to be updated, but this should be checked. Marlies? The smoother application is deprecated, for it is replaced by a JAVA application. This is not much code anyway, so here no problems are expected.
