Introduced Generate Bindings

A new API function 'Generate bindings' has been introduced to generate missing class and function bindings in Charta.

Named bindings which are not bound through the 'NAMED_BINDINGS' bootstrap object list will get a class or function generated for them, and an entry in the named binding list will be created. Named object bindings and classes/functions which have an entry in the binding list will not be generated.

Generated classes and functions will be added to the Charta Software package under Library.

Please note that the current update in the trunk of Charta requires a cycle of exporting to and importing from XML.
